Amazon Cases and Amazon Racks
Using the latest polyethylene rotomolding technology, Amazon withstands sandstorms, saltwater, impact, and temperature extremes and protects your equipment during transit and deployment.

ERack
Constructed from high-tensile aluminum alloy, the ERack is a lightweight yet rugged 19" rack mount case. Typically 30% lighter than other rack cases, they are ideal where weight and strength are key requirements.

Amazon Shipping Cases
Amazon Cases give all the advantages of rotomolding but without the normal wasteful, thick wall cavity; restrictive narrow top opening; and bulky deep lid. Amazon gives you more space for any given shipping case size.

- More internal space per size than any other rotomolded container
- Thick edges and corners for extra strength and impact resistance
- Stable two axis stacking regardless of size
- Amazon lip prevents lid displacement (patent pending)

Amazon 19" Rack Mount Cases
Inside an Amazon Rack, you'll find innovation. A lightweight stainless steel frame, suspended by eight elastomeric anti-vibration mounts, provides superior sway space between the frame and the outer container. It's the best possible way to safeguard delicate rack mount equipment.
- Rotomolded body made from strong, high grade polyethylene
- 19" welded stainless steel frame in 4U to 12U heights; 19" and 24" rack depths
- Eight 'Bi-Angle' shock isolators
- Optional recessed roller blade style wheels
- Optional 'EasyGlide' rack frame extends to access equipment
- MIL-STD-810F and IP65 rated and stable in -40° to +60° C temperatures
- Waterproof, corrosion proof, and resistant to solvents and acids
- Stainless steel hardware is easily replaced in the field (no rivets to deal with)
Notes:
Lids are either 2.7" (1.9" of interior, usable space) or 4.9" (3.4" of interior, usable space) deep.
All cases have 2.7" deep front lids. Wheels are installed on the deeper 4.9" lid and include two additional handles mounted on the front lid.

Cooler Collars
The Cooler Collar is a thermoelectic based air conditioner that simply clips to the back or front of an Amazon 19 inch rack mount case. It instantly circulates cool air through the interior and maintains a constant, desired temperature.
The Cooler Collar utilizes a solid state 200 to 2,500 BTU/HR thermoelectric cooler. The internal cool air does not mix with the external ambient air.
It's maintenance free and easy to install. The Cooler Collar is a convenient air conditioning solution for deployed electronics and communications equipment.
Features
- The Cooler Collar is supplied with two lids for protection during transportation andstorage.
- Maintenance free and long life operation.
- Units can be clipped to the front and rear of an AmazonRack for additional cooling.
- Cool air only circulates within the rack protecting delicate electronicsfrom dusty and contaminated environments.
- Instantly detachable. A unit can be removed to access the equipment or transferred quickly to another Amazon Rack.
- The Cooler Collar does not consume space within the rack.
