Shipment Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. We will e-mail an order confirmation stating the approximate ship date of your order after the order is placed. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. All items eligible for ‘Free Shipping’ will be shipped UPS Ground or by most economical means. We only ship to destinations in the United States.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, or it does not function according to the manufacturer’s specification, you may receive a replacement or refund excluded shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a product that had "Free Shipping" is returned, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Certain items are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders. Customized, modified, or special order items cannot be returned.
Returns. Before returning an item, please call Customer Service at 888.880.7728 to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Make sure the RMA number is clearly written on the return packing label and/or on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. All foam, documentation, accessories, and hardware originally shipped must be returned unless arranged with Customer Service. Any missing items or damage could result in a partial forfeiture of your refund.
ManufacturerWarranty
All products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty varies by manufacturer and product.
Payment Method
Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Purchase Orders. Please contact us if you wish to place a purchase order. A credit application is required.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for shipments to Colorado. Sales tax is not charged if you are located in another state.
If you are located in Colorado and you want to be tax exempt for the purposes of resale, you must supply a Certificate of Resale. Without an exemption form on file, we must charge you Colorado state sales tax on your purchases.
