If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, or it does not function according to the manufacturer’s specification, you may receive a replacement or refund excluded shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a product that had “Free Shipping” is returned, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Certain items are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on canceled orders. Customized, modified, or special order items cannot be returned.

Returns Before returning an item, please call Customer Service at 888.880.7728 to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Make sure the RMA number is clearly written on the return packing label and/or on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. All foam, documentation, accessories, and hardware originally shipped must be returned unless arranged with Customer Service. Any missing items or damage could result in a partial forfeiture of your refund.
