CP Cases RR04 4U Aluminum ERACK Case

The 4U ERack cases feature the latest patented technology that eliminates body-to-lid edge extrusion by making the rack stronger yet lighter at the same time. An aluminium ERack yields  new generation technology that crafts an ultra-protective and transportable case shell which is ideal for specific concerns such as EMI/RFI, portability, strength, and weight. These racks are 30% lighter in weight compared to other similarly-sized mount cases.

The ERack cases offer extra-protection against physical, electromagnetic, and climatic hazards such as sand, dust, water, rain, snow, shocks, and more.

Features:

• Body Material – Its body is welded from high-strength aluminium alloy.
• Rack Material – The material used for the rack is either steel or aerospace aluminium alloy.
• Rack Fastening – The 19’’ rack is fastened with the standard 10-32 cage nuts made of stainless steel.        
• Shock-Isolation – It is shock-isolated with 8 elastomeric anti-vibration shocks (extra shocks can be added for heavier loads).
• Lids – Gasket-sealed lids exhibit an innovative, folded-rim design to support heavy loads without sagging.
• Handles – Heavy-duty handles with springs and a rubber-grip.
• Latches – Quick-release, recessed latches.
• Ratings – Meets MIL-STD-810F, EN 60529, and IP66 standards.
• Temperature – Lid fit and body shape remain stable even in extreme temperatures.
• Colors – 25 optional colors available besides the main colors of black and olive drab.
• Rack Depths – 19’’, 24’’, 29’’, and 34’’ rack depths available.
