The 5U aluminium ERack case is a 19-inch, lightweight and protective rack mount case that ensures the total protection of your equipment while handling, storing, and transporting it. The shock-isolated elastomeric mounts (8) protect against any vibration and shock. It is also designed to allow the addition of extra shocks for heavier loads.

Secure Hardware
An ERack case is ideal for weather protection because of its high-tensile, aluminium body and aerospace rack. It is sealed with the standard (10-32) stainless-steel, rack-fastening cage nuts. Instead of rotational molding, the cases are welded with aluminium and isolated with 8 elastomeric anti-vibration shocks. Apart from the extra shocks, its folded-rim design also supports heavy weights without sinking.  Its lid profile is formed by an innovative series of TIG welding and patented folds. This will avoid the attachment of an ejected section to the body and meanwhile provide excellent EMC shielding. It even keeps its body shape in very high or low temperatures.
