The ZERO ZeRAK™ is a lightweight 19-inch rack mount case fabricated from high-tensile strength aluminum alloy. It was designed to absorb 40G of shock impact (100 lbs. from 30” flat drop). Based on weight and size, no other shock-isolated case offers this level of protection. The ZeRAK features an air tight lid seal and built-in pressure relief valve. The case finish withstands chemicals, oils, fuels, solvents and acids. Harsh environmental conditions such as extreme temperature, pressure differentials, water, sand, and dust are no match.
The ZeRAK incorporates an EIA-310 compliant 19″ rack frame. It’s mounted to the case interior with eight elastomeric shock isolators. Select from 4U to 10U rack heights and 24″, 27″ and 30″ rack depths. An optional EMI / RFI shielding kit is available.
