The 9U ZeRAK is an EIA-310 compliant, 19’’ rackmount case with the added edge of being lightweight. It is specifically engineered with 8 elastomeric isolation shocks to absorb up to 40G (or 100 lbs.) of shock impact. No other aluminum case can provide the same level of shock protection as a ZeRAK. These versatile cases endure industrial, toxic, and extreme environmental conditions including high temperatures, altitude, sand, water, and dust.
Body & Rack Material
The 9U ZeRAK rack case body is built with aluminium alloy (high-tensile strength) of 0.063-inch thickness. The rack frame is fabricated of the same aluminum material.
The ZeRAK cases are equipped with 4 quick-release, recessed T-latches per lid, and 4 rubber-grip, heavy-duty handles with 90-degree stops. They feature stacking dimples for vertical and 90° stacking. They maintain their body shape under heavy weight and in extreme temperatures.
