The Zero Warrior 5U Removable Racks feature a 19’’ rackmount case that effortlessly slides back and forth for ease of access. These racks are rotationally molded with a design that ensures the full-protection of most delicate electronics and instrumentation. These cases withstand any chemical, acid, solvent, and even corrosion elements.

Body Material – Body material is fabricated of polyethylene which provides high strength and durability.
Rack Material – The removable rack is EIA-310-compliant with steel fasteners and aluminium cross members.
Rack Fastening – The rack fastening can be any one of the 3 high-strength, punched rails — 10-32, metric, or square.
Shock-Isolation – The racks are constructed with a shock-proof absorbency of 8 elastomeric, anti-vibration shocks. You can add extra shocks depending on the weight of the equipment.
Hardware Finish – The racks have a choice of finishes – black, stainless-steel, or the standard zinc-chromate.
Latches & Handles – Racks are equipped with extra secure latches and handles made from heavy-duty metal and 90-degree locks and stops.
Stacking – In Warrior racks, cases can be stacked positively without removing caster plates.
Ingress Protection – The racks are secured with waterproof and dustproof seals (optional watertight kit provided).
Rack Sizes – It is an ATA 300, Category 1 rack with 18’’, 21’’, 24’’, 27’’, and 30’’ standard depths.
Colors – Choose standard or custom (FED-STD-595) shades per your preference.
